Intelligent Data Mining

Tsingyan Group has independently developed an open platform for data collection, Survey Factory (https://survey.work), which supports open and secret investigations, online questionnaires, face-to-face questionnaires, telephone surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, panel surveys, and survey training. The platform possesses currently the most complete research methods and the highest transparency in the quality control process in China.

We have established a nationwide survey implementation team with more than 16,000 professional and experienced interviewers, based on the serial questionnaire surveys and open inquiries and secret search held regularly by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and other institutions. The team accomplishes more than 2 million questionnaires and 5 million open inquiries and secret search with high quality each year.

We also independently develop intelligent big data mining systems tracking and monitoring data through diverse channels, including Weibo, WeChat, news, forums, blogs, Zhihu, videos, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The platforms provide clients with professional services in intelligent data mining analysis, design and development of data visualization, etc., with the power of integrated artificial intelligence technologies that include natural language processing, OCR, automatic translation, and knowledge graph.

IT Research and Development

Tsingyan Group has undertaken nearly 100 projects of developing customized systems entrusted by various organizations, including the National Health Commission, the State Grid Corporation, and Tencent. Our efficient service and quality customized products have won us high praise from the partners.

Led by Tsingyan Group, a total of another 9 universities (or scientific research institutes), including Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Shandong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Hohai University, and Institute of Mathematics and System Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences, have jointly undertaken the major program “The Construction of 3D CAD Geometry Engine and R&D Platform” of the National Major R&D Project “Network Collaborative Manufacturing and Intelligent Factory.”
